Shipping FAQ

At Heavenly Lilly our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Here at Heavenly Lilly there are some items that are shipped from our overseas warehouses so the delivery time may vary. As a valued customer please be assured that all the suppliers we work with are verified suppliers and work with customers for exchanges/returns/refunds, there are some things that we can not control.

The time frames for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please note some items come from our overseas warehouse which may take 2 to 3 business days for processing. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Any items that may take longer will be noted down below the item description.International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days.
